Overall the format looks pretty good. I don't really like the Bold+Underline formatting for the transaction/project experience headers, maybe change to Bold+Italics or something. Also would change the section header from "Experience" to "Professional Experience" or "Related Experience". Another thing people told me to do was put "Candidate for...[Degree Type/Major]", not sure how necessary that is though.

I was a bit concern about the second bottom half of the resume, because it looks emptier than the top. You think necessary to fill out more?
