I'm more open minded about this since it's a foreign school. If the companies do not recruit at your school and there's a good chance they won't be familiar with your school, then I think it's ok to put the ranking on your resume.

I know people who have put deciles, but I would stay against ranking unless other students at your school have done so and successfully landed jobs. It depends on common practice at your university more than anything else - as employers will be looking at your resume as it compares to those of others at your school.

It comes off pretty bad, if there good achievements and work experience are on your resume; people will give you the benefit of the doubt
