I put in # anywhere I took out information so its less recognizable, but there is actually a word there.

Not really sure why you have "additional experience" as a separate title. You could probably merge it with "professional experience". Also, I don't think you need to specify what you read, but this is debatable if you think it will distinguish you.
All in all it looks solid.
Looks pretty good. I would remove Additional Experience header, if you are going to keep HS info would add a bullet on sports/clubs/leadership, would break down SAT scores or just show math and verbal, on the right margin would have city/date closer to the edge, decrease font size of each main item to match other text and add spacing between items, dash on date under women's business make consistent with others.
Thanks for all the feedback!
@celtics2007 - For high school, do you mean within the education section?
Also my SAT is very lopsided, 700 Math and 800 Reading. Does that look okay or is the compound score better?
Yes under education. Maybe just leave as-is on SAT then - I'm less familiar with the new scoring format...
Your dashes are not consistent in your dates
What positions are you targeting for next summer?
Looks solid for a Sophomore, remove the additional experience like others have said. Make sure that you are truly conversational in the languages you listed because if you apply to a BB, theres always the small chance that you might be called on to speak in those languages.
