Big 4 Audit to Big 4 Transaction Services, now pursuing IB - Resume advice needed
Hello all - attached a copy of my resume and looking for suggestions to help improve it.
I am going to start pursuing an analyst position with midwestern mid-market banks (Lincoln, Baird, William Blair, etc) within the next couple of months and want to see what the community here thought of its current state.
Thanks...

First, work on the format of your resume a little bit more. Here is the link to the WSO IB template: http://www.wallstreetoasis.com/image/wso-resume-sample-template-picjpg?…
I got into WB through a recruiting agency. If you don't have any luck getting in through the WB website try using a recruiter. Point of advice. Don't let the recruiter low-ball you. Goodluck!
