Isn't Castle Black a target school for Kings beyond the wall? I heard the prestige of that is incredible.
I would suggest putting more emphasis on your work experience, definitely more important than your school leadership position. If you want to weigh it more equally, you can throw it under one header.
Dean's list 2010-2013 instead of individual years Work experience before leadership exp.
