I am coming up on a year in management consulting and would like to make the switch to IB. I've completed a lot of relevant work and have done financial modeling seminars to improve my skills. I am mostly wondering how much to highlight on my previous work experience, specifically internships, as I have two years of FT work experience, but my internships involved banking-friendly projects.
