Critique CV and MS Covering Letter?

Hi all, So i'll be starting my masters next year at a target university (completed bachelors at non-target) and I hope to secure a FT role within M&A upon graduation. I currently have no finance related experience, however I have spent around a year at a boutique energy consultancy. I'm now applying to MS Power and Utilities group and would really appreciate a critique of my CV and covering letter. Note that the formatting for the covering letter is incomplete and I will be attaching MS address ect at the top. I understand that my CV and covering letter aren't the strongest and i'd really like someone from the industry to take a look and offer some advice.

Cheers
