CV / Resume advice - London Semi-target graduate
I'm applying to graduate jobs all the time, for all kinds of positions (corporate finance, IB, PWM, etc.), at all firms (MM, BB, EB, etc.), and for both internships and graduate positions.
However, I'm still struggling to secure interviews. What am I missing? What should I focus on moving forwards to increase chances of landing an interview?
Any advice would be very much appreciated.

Bump.
First of all, I'd suggest you remove the Professional Summary section. It's generally believed to add no value and just takes up space.
Then, I'd suggest you split Work & Leadership into two separate sections and start with Work. Would also suggest you inflate / make sound more impressive some of the bullet points of your Work section.
The reason you may not be able to secure interviews in finance is bc of the lack of prev finance internships. So would consider applying for off-cycle opportunities if you have that opportunity.

As I said, the reason you may be struggling to get interviews is the lack of previous finance / banking internships. So, no - unfortunately you will find hard time securing a grad role with this resume.
Suggest you consider off-cycle opportunities, even though it's a bit late, some firms will still advertise their programmes after NY.
