Deal experiences

  1. During my intern period, our team had several mandates. But, only one of them was closed after two weeks later I’ve left. Can this be considered as a deal experience? Can I write this down on my resume as a “selected transaction experience”?
  2. As I mentioned above, our firm had several mandates during my working period. Instead of just listing the works I’ve done, such as target search, evaluation of strategic fit, preliminary valuation etc. can I make a new section like “selected mandates (2 buy-side and 3 sell-side deals)”? Each mandates involved unique jobs required to do. That’s why I’m asking.

Thanks.
