I thought it was frowned upon to list Excel and PPT as "skills"...

Yes. Everyone is expected to know how to use MS office now and therefore it shouldn't be put on a resume.

May 2013 is listed twice. I would put the project under extra curriculars...no need for a whole new section. And put a date on that too, just to be consistent. Get rid of the Technical skills, it's already assumed you know them.

I just took a quick glance, and noticed these. Hope this helps.

EDIT: also some of your date abbreviations are wrong. September = Sept. not Sep.
