Destroy My Resume Please - Getting some interviews?

Hi all,

plz kindly see see my resume

and plz send you comments.

Much appreciated if you guys could tell me which part you are most interested in. I am looking for SA in BB Hong Kong/Beijing IBD office, is it possible for me to get some interviews? I hope so and guess the internship at PE fund and the startup should be well prepared to answer.

Thanks!

Your formatting looks pretty solid.

For your internship experience you need to change it around from most recent to last. You may be better off changing it to work experience in this case as you have done plenty of internships and you are listing your being a co-founder of a CFO alliance as well. Just amend all cases of intern with summer. (Summer Associate, Summer Analyst etc.) So the way your listing of companies will change is all follows:

1) Bain 2) Global CFO Alliance 3) XXXXX (PE Internship) 4) KPMG

Also- just remove your fluent in English (If you are applying for jobs in the USA). Not sure if it is an important language to leave in if you are working in the Far East, but judging by the fact that you wrote the entire resume in English/work at companies that predominatnly utilize English as a primary method of communication, I think you are in good shape there.

Very solid resume! Hopefully it yields something for you!

Much appreciated Sir!

Thanks to your help, already passed sorts of CV screening. Since i am applying for banking job, I guess it may be more impressive if I put the most banking-related experience above others. correct me if my understanding is wrong. and also, I am a student in mainland China, applying for SA in HK or Beijing, so English may be something I have to say hey I could handle with it... already revised the "summer-" things as per your instructions, very helpful.

Thank you again, Sir.
