Family Business Experience in Resume?

I am an aspiring Investment Banker, currently working towards an undergraduate degree in Economics. I am transferring from a CC to a possible Semi-Target this upcoming fall as a Junior, and I am worried about how I will find an internship for summer 2024 in such short time. I chose to attend CC to be involved in my family's business during its initial stage. It was a great experience that I learned so much from, and was wondering if I could use this to my advantage when applying for an internship. Below I have included some of the tasks I did:
- Maintained Bookkeeping
- Worked alongside Attorney in creating business agreements and ensuring they were followed.
- Prepared and provided three essential financial documents (P&L, balance sheet, and CashFlow) during a dispute with a shareholder regarding P/L sharing.
- Estimated the value of the business and negotiated a deal with shareholder to take over share.
- Networked with potential investors and businesses to establish mutually beneficial partnerships and find new shareholders.
