GMAT for Resume? Undergrad

I am a sophomore at a non-target w/a 3.65. I took the official practice GMAT while slightly drunk and really tired (I was bored). I got a 710, nearly perfect on Verbal and Integrated,  way worse on quantitative as I had never seen that type of question before. I have a history of over-performing on standardized tests relative to my GPA (1560/1600 SAT). The end goal is IB (I will be at a sophomore BB (diversity) SA  this summer), but I am struggling with recruiting for junior year, and I think my GPA might be the cause. I have a lot of time this quarter, as my schedule is easier than normal, and  reasonably believe that I can raise my GMAT to at minimum a 750 if I both take it seriously, and study for it. Would that help my resume?
