GPA line on resume (British Citizen, semi-target US school)

Hi,

I attend a semi-target in the States, majoring in Economics and minoring in Finance and Computer Science. I am a UK citizen applying for the London SA 26 roles this summer.

I am trying to figure out how to write my GPA for UK applications.

Here is the line currently:

Program GPA: 3.83/4.0; Overall GPA: 3.6/4.0; Finance GPA: 4.0/4.0; CS GPA: 3.0/4.0

I want advice on what you think recruiters would perceive this as. I know that in the UK, people do a program-based curriculum, and I thought I could leverage that for my resume. I love computer science and feel that gives me an edge in my applications and adds a lot to the experience and internships I have so far.

Thanks!

You don’t need GPA for minors especially when one of them is a 3.0. Would also call it Major GPA or Economics GPA. Keep the number of decimals consistent - 3.8 and 3.6 if under 3.6 and 3.83 and 3.6x if its over 3.6.

Yup, I’ll fix that decimal detail, thanks a lot!

I did have a similar line for US apps (Economics GPA: 3.83/4.00; Overall GPA: 3.60/4.00), but I’m wondering if you see any benefit to adding the Finance GPA 4.00/4.00 to the resume (and, by consequence, the CS GPA).
