HELP! Senior College Student from Non-Target

Hey!

I'm currently enrolled at a non-target school and graduating this May with a BS in Finance. I have a mediocre cumulative GPA (3.1) and I am expecting to be graduating with a major GPA of 3.3. The reason for the low GPA is due to working jobs like bartending and waiting tables to support myself.

I'm looking for any recommendations on how to tweak my resume to land an internship/full time position at a boutique investment banking firm or in an equity research division.

I'm trying to leverage the CFA Research Challenge and my Student Managed Funds class in my Resume as the key differentiators.

Any critique, good or bad, is greatly appreciated!

Thanks a bunch.
