You seem like a pretty solid guy therefore I'm shocked to see so many rookie mistakes in your resume.
I would post a M&I article (5 ways to make your resume sink faster than the titanic) but I can't due to the lack of bananas, lol... (Either way, after reading my reply FIND IT)
1) Make it 1 page (you're not at a VP++ position) 2) LOSE the "objective" ! Really, if you're applying for a particular position, they get what your objective is (or what it should be) 3) Your resume is in english therefore it is a common sense that you are fluent in english, thus drop the "Fluent in English" thing. If you really want to keep it (especially if you are non-native speaker) better write Billingual in X, Y 4) Why the heck do you use bullet-points for every single computer tool there is? Computer and language skills should be 2 bullet points long (a couple of sentences at most). 5) Look at Tip 1) and SAVE space. Make it simple and clear, thus drop any irrelevant stuff or be smart about putting it on your resume.
In short: drop objetive, drop few bullet points from your first work experience (4 is enough as you mentioned some stuff twice on your resume), optional but recommended: put ECs after your work experience (and be smart, leave it short), Languages and Skills can easilly be ~3 bullet points long (drop microsoft office, unless you know VBA), use "Justify" alignment, if you left out your name, address, etc details on purpose that's ok, if not don't forget to put it in there.
Be a smart guy and listen to the tips in the M&I article as they will definitely help you. Also, there are some pretty good resume templates (and additional tips on writting one) over there.

I came here because the title read "Hey guys! Would you mind looking at my..." and the rest was cut off. Now that I am here I must admit that I am a bit disappointed.
Ok, I just looked at your resume.
I'm going to start on the 2nd page and work my way back:
1: it looks like shit. Copy / paste the mergers and inquisitions (google it) banking template.
2: Cut it down. Computer and language skills can be cut down to a quick line on fluency, crystal (leave out citrix, its like saying you're a work at home specialist) and oracle.
3: Don't put the corporate governance club on your resume. Or at least don't admit that it was a 3 day crash course. That isn't impressive. You also don't state what that actually is, just that you went and got a cert. Either talk it up or leave it off.
4: Presentations, why did you do these. Who was the audience. You need to explain this better i.e. "Selected to present economic dev issues focused on developing nations to my peers / deans / whoever was dumb enough to listen."
Ok, first page now:
5: Objective is bland as fuck. Tailor this to meet the job description or catch the eye of the company you are targeting with your resume.
6: If you received a B.A. just list the graduation date not when you started school as a freshmen. I.E. a B.A. was conferred upon you on XYZ date.
7: Don't call study abroad study abroad, the program must have had a name.
8: First job, you are using present tence but this job ended in january 2013. change to past tense.
9: See above for vodaphone.
10: Start with achieved rank 1 spot then the stupid tech call bullshit no one gives a fuck about. Re-word that first bullet.
