You can, just look at the bigger picture of what you're doing ...they didn't actually hire you to get coffee. Also maybe see if you can contribute more than they expect
Under no circumstances put down that you were an administrative assistant. If you were "Customer Education Intern" or "Customer Education Assistant" that works better. Or even "Summer Associate" if you can get away with that.
I'm guessing, as previous posters say here, that you are doing more than getting coffee. If you are a good student from a target school, and your WSO name has "engineering" in, somebody must have thought you had some brains. So you may want to volunteer to help solve a problem that you've noticed. Raise your hand. A successful summer IB is about working with numbers and excel, but it's also about servicing clients. Or getting clients. Anything you are doing in that regard? Or are you doomed?
