How valuable is an internship as a paid research assistant at my school?
I’m a few weeks away from finishing my first year at the London School of Economics, And I haven’t secured a decent or even semi-decent finance-related internship for this summer although I’m waiting to hear back from a couple places. My question is: how valuable would a research internship in my department (economic history) be if it is only 2 weeks long? Applications for penultimate summer internships are about to begin so it’s fairly crucial that I get some kind of experience.
