I keep failing the first round of internships and grad schemes. What's wrong with my resume?
I'm applying for 2027 internships and grad programmes, and I'm getting stuck at the first stage every time (CV screening or online tests). I have a Summa Cum Laude Economics degree, a Finance MSc starting in London, two years of self-run systematic trading, and a few short internships.
