IB Resume: Include Closed Deal or More Marketable Active Deal for PE Interviews?

I am beginning to recruit for MM PE shops. I have worked for a MM investment bank for about a year now. I have worked on multiple deals, two of which have closed. One of the closed deals is great for the resume, but the other (#2 below) I am not so sure. I am deciding between including one of the following deals:

1) an active (not closed) sell-side assignment. Do not even have IOIs yet 2) a closed restructuring/debt placement

Given that #2 is not as applicable for PE, should I stick with option 1? However, it could be beneficial to show that I have worked through 2 closed deals from start to finish.

I appreciate your input.
