IB Resume Review - Be Rough

http://www.razume.com/documents/12558

My Financial Analyst position is with a small company that loans mainly to consumers & small businesses.

The other two are with two different large investment banks [think JP Morgan, Citi, Morgan Stanley]

Can someone give me feedback on my resume? I am looking for a BB summer analyst position in IB or S&T

Tear my resume to shreads and criticize even the smallest details... it helps.

Thanks

Pretty good formatting-wise.

One quick thing--usually in a job that I am still working, I use present tense verbs and not past tense. Sept 2009 - Present means that you're still doing that stuff, right? Once an internship or job ends, then I switch to past tense.

Also, I'm not sure if it really adds anything to say that you "reviewed material necessary for level 1 CFA exam."

Lastly, add some interests to round yourself out and show that you're more than just your job and academic experience. You definitely have enough room to do so.

It's funny you mentioned the tense thing because I just changed my current job to past tense. Present tense on a resume sounds kind of funny because your applying for a new job.

Thanks a lot! I'll make those changes.

Anyone else?
