Is listing work experience for your Dad on your linkedIn/Resume a bad move?

I'm assuming that i'll probably get some "daddy's boy" comments here, or something along those lines, but i'll gladly take them if I can get some advice.
I am currently in the process of leaving my job in wealth management and starting an MBA in the Fall. The MBA program I'm going into is a two year program, with a major focus being the internship component during the summer following 1st year. As recruiting for those internships is set to start fairly early in the program, my questions pertains to that.
I was originally planning to take the summer off to relax and refresh before going back into the school grind, but my dad has asked if I would be interested in doing some unpaid work this summer for his PE family office (solely run by him). I figured it would be a good opportunity to get some base level PE experience and learn from him as he has an extensive PE resume with global experience, so I have agreed to help. For sake of painting a better picture, I currently have no PE experience and I am hoping to transition into IB or PE following my MBA, so I believe this experience could be a resume booster, or even something I can speak to during internship recruiting.First, would it be looked at poorly from a recruiting standpoint if I were to list this experience on my resume or LinkedIn as a sort of "Pre-MBA internship" working for my dad?Second, if I did list it, would it be looked upon better or worse if I didn't disclose the fact that it was my dad's PE family office? I don't know if it might blowup in my face if I don't disclose this and a future employer found this out later. (People likely wouldn't be able to find this out easily, I would probably have to tell them).
I am hoping that my grades and personal skills would hold a higher priority to recruiters, as opposed to any possible detriment of a summer internship with my dad, but would appreciate any thoughts.

I think this is self-explanatory. NEVER mention that it was your dad...simply because they don't know that. Say what you need to say. My biggest advice is to be vague, and lead the interview or conversation to what you want your next question to be.

On top of that to be quite blunt, relevant experience is relevant experience. It doesn't matter if it is your dad or if it your neighbor. If you did the work and can speak upon it, add it to the resume. Plain and simple!
