What do you write on your resume when you work at a HF and you are recruiting for another HF job (lateral move)?
Size of book? Net exposure? P&L? Examples of trades? What if the trades are not publicly disclosed? How do you deal with confidentiality (regarding the P&L figures as well)?
What else should you include? Investment process? More details on the strategy you run? Etc.
