Leadership and extracurriculars section before professional experience on resume?

I'm editing my resume for my first internship search (off-cycle) and was wondering if this is appropriate? My only relevant professional experience is being a bank teller whereas my ECs are related to finance and tasks that many internships entail. I feel as though putting it under education but before work would catch HR's attention more easily
