Look at this Sexy Resume Format

My resume. Please tell me what you guys think about the content and format.

I had to come up with a new format as I've had a recurring internship that makes writing dates out really weird for the standard WSO format.

I haven't landed any SA interviews unfortunately - could it be the resume format?

To the people i've shown my resume to so far.. they said they were too lazy to actually read but that readers would offer me an interview since it SEEMED impressive.

So.... your resume seems a bit cluttered. it's fairly hard to follow at first glance. but i dont think your resume is the reason you arent getting interviews.

Also coming from a non-target >3.8 GPA finance major, i can tell you how hard it is to get interviews.. in fact i never got a single call from applying online. get your ass out and begin networking! its really the only way to land a job unless you're coming out of harvard and interning at goldman.

SECfinanceYou've got way too much shit on there.
    1. Clutter ain't good, dawg.

too much clutter dude. you have great experience though. you go way into detail on the deals. remember hr will be looking at most of the resume during the screening process. they won't understand half the shit. Analyst who take part in the screening process don't give a fuck either. i'd say cut your resume in half, increase the font size, and stick with M&I format.

I'd cut out one of the No-Name Boutique 2 deals, cut a lot of the detail, slash some words, get rid of your events line, and only mention your math shit once (you have your math contest under leadership and additional too). It's clear you have a ton of experience, something I wish I had. You will be able to get interviews without putting your day-to-day activity at each firm on your resume. Quick summaries that allow people to see you've done a lot, and give yourself a chance to expand on your bullets in an interview. If your resume is like this I shudder to think about how verbose you are in real life.

Small detail - you use three letter abbreviations for your months but have a "July 2011" and "Sept 2009" on there.

"over 900 companies" - more than 900 companies "over 40 companies" - more than 40 companies

Good luck!

That third version is quite swag.
