Lost faith in Career Center...please review

My career center can only do so much. And usually looks at format and spelling instead of content. Please look at my resume and make any comments suggestions. Also, feel free to comment on my chances. I go to a semi-target

I'm looking for a position as an analyst at an investment bank. No preference as to BB or boutique, and I'm not gonna be picky in this market. I still have about a month till on campus resume drop, but going to start sending out the resume to people I networked with so I need it to be perfect by the end of the week.

Thanks and the link is below,

You have too much blacked out... e.g. What's your gpa? What position did you have in the Investment Club? What does a "semi-target" even mean?

Overall though, I am unimpressed. Your format is fine so I don't think you can improve much there... I am more concerned that I do not like your experiences! Have I ever heard of this "bank" that you worked at? A charity basketball tournament that raised $500 is also not that much money, and a $10mm debt raise is tiny... it sounds to me like you are really stretching to find decent experiences because you do not have great experiences.I hate to be the bearer of bad news... just trying to be realistic.

In my opinion, you're going to need to focus on boutique and small shops since your experiences are not good enough to land any BB front office gigs. This is even more true in this market, where most BB's are going to hire from their own intern classes. Feel free to give some MM firms a try though. Did you get a return offer at the (presumably small) investment bank you summered at?

thanks for the honesty. Our career center will not post a resume with a GPA on it, because of a different marking scheme...recruiters know this and get our transcripts with our resumes. Would it be better if I removed the size of the transactions then?
