MBA/Engineer looking for feedback

I'm a senior graduating in May 2010. I'm looking to enter into IB/ER and would greatly appreciate any critique on my resume. I am trying to combine my finance skills with my engineering background. I have meet with some IBs in Chicago and have yet to land an interview.

Thanks in advance for the input!

How were you at b-school for 3 years? Was this a part-time MBA? I'd recommend networking with b-school alumni at boutiques. And try expanding your search outside of Chicago - there are many more IB positions in NY.

I am engineer trying to break into finance. It was suggested I make a functional resume instead of reverse chronological. I basically added categories "Financial Analysis", "Leadership", and "Business Development" before I got into the work experience as an engineer. Goal is to wow the reader with all the business and finance you know before they have a chance to pigeon hole you as an outsider from engineering.
