initial thoughts:
your third bullet point under your boutique consulting firm experience seems like its just an expansion of the first two bullet points, which in my opinion are unnecessary. cut the first two bullet points, and expand on the sub-points under that third bullet; that's where the real value of your experience lies.

"Operated in a leadership role" is extremely redundant and makes it sounds like you're trying much too hard.
