My investment bank undisclosed as advisor - what to do on my resume?
We advised on a transaction but since it was a small deal that we were doing just as a favor to our client, and we did not want to be held liable, we asked for them to not disclose us as advisers and gave them materials without our company logo.
I'm guessing it's pretty clear that I should not list the company names in my resume, but should I note that we were undisclosed? Otherwise it might be confusing as to why I am not listing names and the transaction value for a completed transaction...
With a name like that do you really need the help?
