ND Mendoza School of Business (Finance) vs Stanford (Economics)

If you could choose between getting an undergrad degree from the Mendoza College of Business at Notre Dame or majoring in economics at Stanford what would you do? Which degree holds more weight in the business/finance world and will open more doors? Also, I know Stanford is very much a tech school so would it be harder to get an ibanking internship from there over a school that focuses more on business like Notre Dame? Thank you in advance for any replies.
