Need resume critiqued
Please be as harsh as you can; I'm trying to go into IB. Like seriously, I know my resume is shit and by looking at resumes posted here I already have an idea of what I need to improve on but I need direct feedback particular to my resume.
Edit: My work exp. is from the last 3 summers

It's an empty resume. Before posting at least fill in what you did... Coursework, societies, take away the objective. Then repost.
There really is nothing to criticize in what you posted. And I do not mean that in a good way.
These threads make me feel so good about my resume.
Please omit the objective. Proofread it. Quantify experience.
Start with that. I will also echo the above comment about the M&I resources.
You need to completely blow this thing up and rewrite it using the M&I resources provided above. The descriptions need the most work, you need to be way more specific and actually put relevant work that you have done. Seems as if you have decent internships so don't include "worked on tasks with managers" or "archived documents", that's not going to impress anyone. Also personal skills and objective are useless, you can see what you need on there through the M&I template.
You need to tell a good story. Fill in the roles, group, achievements you got in the past summer. Get rid of the objective part, which is complete useless. Quantify your bullet points, and do what other people suggest above.
