Non Target SA 2026 (IB/TAS) Am i fucked? [LONDON]

Any changes i should make to this? Looking for some honest advice, hopefully im not fucked in this job market, im looking for IB & TAS intern roles.

Also, should i put romanian (fluent) on it? I am fluent but im not sure if its quite relevant in IB
