I am interested in the public markets, so I think when on-campus recruitment rolls around in fall I will be going after Asset Management and S&T jobs. I would be open to explore other options as well. I am a rising junior. Any advice on resume changes, or things I should be doing to better my resume would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

More relevant coursework (if applicable)? Standardized test scores?

Would consider making teamwork + leadership stuff a separate section (and expounding a bit more) below work experience while cutting out some high school stuff like floppity said. You have white space to spare, especially if you reduce lines that are inefficient, like the third bullet point under the non-profit.

Not sure if all the years in parentheses in the first section are necessary. They make the resume look cluttered.

Nit picky things: I would bold the titles of each section under "Addtional" Instead of "qualified in", maybe call it "skills"? And add more if applicable Inconsistent formatting (indentation) with the time periods of your non-profit job Not necessary to capitalize "Increased Funding", "Non-Profit Organization", and "Fan" in "Giant's Fan"
