Please DESTROY my resume trying to break into IB!
Hey all, I would appreciate it if you guys could take a look at my resume and provide feedback. I am trying to break into finance (preferably IB, but would settle for less).I am from a non-target, top 100 state university. Thanks in advance!

Maybe you should just add the technical skills in the last section of the resume? I don't think there needs to be a separate section for it - although its quite impressive!
Also, I think there is a lot of white space (I might be wrong here) maybe you should add detailed/specific description of the accomplishments at the positions you have listed.

I personally like the template because I use the same one (M&I!!).
1) If I were you, I'd add more courses under "relevant courses" to avoid having that white space on the second line. Also, if you did really well on all these classes (A- or higher), I'd add the grade for each course too. And you should probably use commas to separate them instead of semi-colon.
2) I think the "honors" part could go on the same line as GPA unless you've more to list and I'd call them "awards" instead. Separate honors and GPA using a semi-colon.
3) For the line with "Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science", I'd just write "Bachelor of Science" in the next line you can have "Major: Actuarial Science; Minor: Business"

I think the resume looks "light" - can you add results to your bullets and quantify a lot more what you did and any results that came from that?
Way too little detail on company a. The best resumes don't leave it up to the imagination what is done and what was accomplished during their job. You've provided me with an overview of what you do. Go into the specifics of what that entails.
If you're trying to break into banking or similar areas of study, you should try to get some experience that suggests that you are serious about finance. From your resume, I understand that you are a smart and technically proficient individual but I don't really see something that screams "I want to do banking." I would consider trying to get there. If you're working full time it might be easier to afford prep courses. I would take them if you have time. I am a fan of BIWS.
I would absolutely NOT add grades to coursework--and I'm pretty indifferent towards relevant coursework in general. I have spoken to about 15 IB professionals about my resume and they have never indicated that they want more relevant coursework content. A few suggested simply taking it off my resume.
Move the May 2013 gradation date to be directly under your University city.
@"MJK" I personally don't put relevant course work either but this resume looked "light", as already mentioned, so I didn't want to take too much away from it; but I'm certainly indifferent about them too. Having said that I've seen resumes with relevant course work along with grades (all A+s)
