Hi everyone. I was so happy to learn about such a great system, people and resources at WSO, and I wanted to ask you guys if you could please help this lost soul.

One of my biggest weakspot is that I am not exactly targeting one specific job field (ex. IB, Hedge, Asset Management. real estate...etc). It is not because I'm a moron, living without any thoughts, but because my total GPA is 3.1 (at a semi-target / around 20th rank over all, top ten business school) and I know that number will get me NOWHERE near my dream.
Stuff on my resume is just the best ive got. I may be doing a financial research this coming fall, and hopefully I can substitute sth out for that.
i want to stay on track of financial service business, so that I can get an MBA and really shoot for my dream.
How can I format this into a more.. focused and organized resume?

Don't mention that you are a permanent resident.
Add your CGPA.
Change the format/layout. Where did you get this template from?
Use a standardized format.... quantify and elaborate on your experiences....
Am I missing something? I can't even see it - it's a bunch of random black blurs.
