Your resume should only feature: numbers, awards, and achievements. It is not necessary to list what you did in a particular job, but rather how you overachieved. The thought process to recruiters is that everyone will do roughly the same thing in any particular role- your resume should highlight how you outperformed anyone else.

Especially with banking, your clientele is going to speak empirical data and numbers- of which you are severely lacking. Think about how you can highlight your work- you have the experience on there, you just need to turn it so that you are selling yourself.

"Participated" might be the weakest resume verb of all time. Rework your bullet points to be more action-oriented...anyone with a pulse can "participate"
