PLEASE HELP: Non-Target resume for Foot-in-Door at BBs or MMs in Asia. Thanks!

http://www.razume.com/documents/13754

I graduated in December from a non-target, and now I'm applying to ALL BB jobs in Asia (and some in Europe) that I'm even remotely qualified for, mainly Ops Analyst roles, some trade support, even WM clerks and secretary jobs for kicks.

My ultimate goal is BB Sales and Trading. Was invited to NYC for first-round BB Global Markets last fall (a first for my school), but didn't make it past first round (I guess I should have read the WSO Interview Guides a little earlier!).

Please be brutally honest here, I want this to be perfect. The banks that recruit from my school only recruit for Ops and Tech positions, and now I wish I had been a little more open-minded about those type jobs when I was a junior and senior. I know I can thrive and succeed at a BB, if only I can get past HR.....

Thanks in advance for the help!

Why Asia? Do you speak any Asian Language(Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Cantonese, etc)? If you're seriously up for S&T and presumably wanna work in NY sooner or later, I'd recommend boutiques, not going half around the globe for a job you might not like.
