I don't really know a lot, but a few things that popped into my eyes were the last 3 work experiences had no numbers whatsoever, also expanding that partnership in your startup, explaining how you made that the best partnership ever. Lastly, I'm thinking gmat scores wouldn't hurt, at least thought they were common in MBA's (if score is too low, obviously nevermind).
