Please review my Resume sending it out in the next few days
There are a few areas of concern for me;
the main one is the large gap between the teaching assistantship and the accountancy work 7 years! but this was filled up with me in school and working in just bars etc
second could be too many unis, but the last one on the list was just taking some courses
and thirdly the lack of internship experience (which I am trying to get) but Im in a country and my grasp of the local language is not high enough to work in a bank - but im still trying, and its far too expensive to relocate myself to London for 2 months
anything else I could add?

Thanks for the comments I appreciate them, I'll play with the CV tonight and see how it looks but I am not removing the 2:2, I know it doesn't look great but removing it just looks like I am hiding something, I was only 1% or 2% off a 2:1 which may or may not have changed alot. But I still managed to get onto a well respected master course and this is what I want to use as my platform not my undergraduate degree.

Not snobby, realistic. Large firms have screening processes where the minimum for them even to look at your CV is a 2:1.
You are probably either from the UK or a commonwealth nation, so some of the wording is a little different from what i'm used to.
Get rid of personal statement, it sounds cheesy. Anybody can make up that they're "interested" and write it in a resume, you need to demonstrate it through what you've done. Have the date ranges for when you attended each school as opposed to the date you left. Include month as well. Move the dates and locations of your entreprenuership and full time work to the right hand side so that the formatting is consistent. You need to gear your resume to make it sound like you achieved something or improved something, in your resume it sounds like a bunch of vague tasks or merely just showing up e.g.: "worked in the accounting department where I was able to foresee much of the daily business" Go in to more detail what it was exactly you did (used excel to make IFRS adjustments to financial sheet data, for instance), going over this entire thing I have no idea what you are good at.
