Preparing to Start Full-Time Recruitment for Corporate/Commercial Banking, Rip my Resume Apart.

Hey all, I'm a rising senior at Michigan State and have been preparing myself to begin the full-time recruitment process later this summer. I intend to mostly be looking for opportunities in corporate and commercial banking, as those are the areas related to my internship experience and interest me personally.

I applied for over 200 positions last year but didn't have much luck. I made it to a superday with Wells for corporate banking and had a few first rounds at some other firms, but I wasn't able to secure anything until my school held its finance career fair in the fall. While I am happy with the internship I ended up accepting, I'm hoping to avoid ending up in the same predicament I did last year this recruiting cycle.

I am aware that my non-target status is a disadvantage, however my academic stats/ECs are good and my internship experience isn't terrible either. Any feedback on how I could potentially improve my resume or any career related feedback in general would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
