Question regarding resume

I am a recent math PhD looking for entry-level quant positions. I have a question regarding the resume that some people on this forum might be able to advise me on.

Strangely enough, a few jobs descriptions explicitly say they value Olympiad participation to some extent. Is it a good idea to mention it on the resume if you made it to the IMO training camp but failed to make it to the IMO?
