I'm posting it here unformated as Razume keeps on failing to upload it. I used M&I's format.

"fluent in english"... check every resume review ever on this site. Get rid of that.

Your GPA is really, really low; let alone for a non-target school in florida in the softest of science majors. You need to deal with that first and foremost.

Your relevant courses aren't that relevant (Labor Econ, Stats, Ethics, Management, Micro def. shouldn't be there)

I feel like your tooting your own horn too much with the SA position "worked DIRECTLY with MD on MULTIPLE M&A deals", so re-evaluate and make sure you're making claims that can be backed up with facts and figures.

Finally, you should put your resume on Razume in M&I format for WSO reviews, it's just the accepted practice here.

Agree with everything Gestion said.

  • Weak GPA for bio at a non-target.

  • These 2-3 "deals" you worked on, what size were they? Quantify these transactions, even if they were potential ones. You don't have a single quantified result on your resume. Did you do any valuations/modeling at this SA job?

  • Don't use "my" or "I".

  • Need better/more diverse action verbs..Actually just all of your wording in general.

  • Rate your resume? 3 out of 10.

Under my tutelage, you will grow from boys to men. From men into gladiators. And from gladiators into SWANSONS.

Agrees with everything above... 1. "Research Assistant, College of Arts and Sciences August, 2009– Present" You need a space after 2009. 2. Mergers and acquisitionS (missing s in the end) 3. Numerous grammar errors

2 out of 10

With respect, your resume represents your face in the recruiting process. It shouldn't be in homework quality. Look at a few resumes around here. Try to copy some of their verbs/phrases. You have interesting experiences it wouldn't take that much work to significantly improve this.
