Resume Advice for Tech-to-Finance Transition?

Background:

I'm currently heading into my junior year of college, looking to transition into finance. I've always been passionate about finance and real estate, but thought tech was more for me. After doing an internship this summer at a big tech company, I've decided to commit fully to finance.

I'm switching from: Major: MIS Minor: Finance Certification: Computer Science, Statistical Modeling

to: Major: Finance (Real Estate Track) Minor: MIS Certification: Computer Science, Real Estate (and/or Statistical Modeling)

Let me know some suggestions on how I can make my resume appeal to an IB/PE/REIT. I'm trying to make my resume look less tech-y and more finance oriented and was wondering what are some certification to look into?

Bloomberg Terminal Cert? ARGUS cert? Excel Cert? Anyone head anything about the CPEA??? (Through USPEC)

Any advise or insights would help. Thank you!
