Resume Importance after making Final Round?

How much does your resume matter once you've already made the final round interview? After winning a case competition I already have a guaranteed Superday at a bank.

I was thinking what if I submit a sort of understated resume so there is less to grill me on in the interviews, once you've made your superday does the quality of what is on your resume still matter or is it entirely interview performance?

Is this the stupidest thing ever posted on these forums? Maybe

I was thinking maybe quality of experience on your resume is more of a first round screener, and in a superday maybe they'd only consider how I did interview wise rather than in conjunction with my resume.

So I thought maybe just limit my resume to the stuff I'd rather they ask me about, but was definitely sort of an out there idea. I think you're right that I should just give my best stuff and see what happens not try to game anything
