Resume needs and wants feedbacks ... thank you

Hi. I'm a Junior who's planning to graduate one year earlier and launch my career in banking industry. My goal is to work in operations, business sector or management area in the bank. IB is not my choice.

So would you please give me some critical comments that can improve my resume and my opportunity to get a job in banking industry?

Thank you so much.

Not awful. I would put your activites and volunteer work under the same line at the end "Skills, Activities, and Hobbies."

You have some good experience too. I would expand that a lot more. Focus more on your accomplishments rather than your duties. For instance Conducted market research and analysis etc....This resulted in.....xxx and yyy Make it as bank-ish as possible. Use some banker buzzwords. You can find them online.

As an intern don't make it seem like you were getting coffee and translating all day. Take some accomplishment your boss was doing that you are capable of and put them in the resume. They'll check to see where you worked, but will never go into detail as far as what you did. Make it seem like you did more, and got better results.

Also take the Bloomberg experience and put it under Skills, it doesnt need a line of its own.
