Resume Question

Sophomore at a T10. Gearing up for consulting recruitment. Resume is okay in that GPA is great, and have leadership positions in clubs (with one being in a consulting club with exclusive selection). Also part of another exclusive consulting club. Issue is prior internships and current summer internship are meh. Just got the great news that I will be studying abroad at Oxford this fall and taking economics and management (management at their Said Business School). This is a selective program and only a few students from my university make it to study abroad for just the fall at Oxford (even less for a popular subject like economics and management). Should I include this on my resume before recruiting? I will probably include it on my LinkedIn, but I think consulting recruiters do not care about LinkedIn that much, at least for the first round screen.
