Resume Question / Advice

Good morning all!

I have seen 1000s of resume formats that all have roughly the same make-up: education, experience, and skills/additional information.

They seem tailored to people right out of undergrad. I am early 30s with a career outside of finance looking to transfer into IB. I have an MBA (undergrad was 10 years ago) and 10 years of career experience. Should I try to fit that into the format or change it up as the "education piece" is likely not my main selling point? I had a good GPA in grad school (3.83) but not so good as an undergrad (like 2.8), should I even include that GPA since it was 10 years ago?

Any advice is greatly appreciated!
