At a quick glance, 1) I don't think you should separate your cumulative and major GPAs if they're identical, and 2) for the school equity fund the "accepted April 2014" looks odd - in my opinion either get rid of that part, or if you really want to then get rid of it put the dates as April 2014- December 2014.
