Resume Review, Non-target

I think I finally have everything in order. I would really appreciate any advice given on my resume and cover letter. Thanks in advance.

Lose the objective statement Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint 2010 is not something you list on your resume... Why did you list 2007? lol do you think UBS hasn't upgraded to 2010 yet or something

The other section under skills is just a bunch of bs, show you are hard working and all that stuff through your accomplishments in your resume. You need to add more bullets to your work. Add relevant accomplishents that you can quantify. The format of the lines should be: Action, Description, Result, Impact. Or something along those lines
