You have pretty good content, but the formatting needs some wok.

That line after your degree is awkward – remove it Push all dates to flush right (use tables and remove border) Work on the hierarchy of your sections, such as bolding jobs, using italics and indentations. Check out the M&I resume templates from link above. State Farm: Add more quantitative data. How many customers? How much $$? What was your rate of success on acquiring new customers? Home Depot: Did you get any awards, promotions, or recognitions in your 27 months there? How specifically did you “implement Six Sigma”? Use more action verbs. Languages: Just use ‘fluent’ What is the honors program? Is this at school? If so, move to education section. Also, move any other school-related activities and awards to your education at the top.
